I really enjoyed my year at Riva. The property is new. The apartments are updated. The neighborhood is safe. I RARELY had service issues in my apartment. If I did, they were taken care of quickly and professionally. I loved the underground parking, washer dryer in-unit, and hardwood floors throughout (except the bedroom). LOTS of cabinet space in the kitchen, and I just had your basic 1-bedroom unit.
