Worst Mistake I’ve Ever Made
June 22, 2024My car was broken into at night !!! People have banged on my door at all hours, homeless people walk right through the areas all our day and night since it’s Right on market Street!!Property Manager Responded

September 26, 2024The situation for this tenant was an isolated situation with 2 tenants that were removed from the property. We have security cameras around the entire complex and evening patrols. Any troublesome tenants will be removed from the property.

January 24, 2025This was an isolated incident with a belligerent tenant that was evicted and was a former friend of the reviewing tenant and had issues with him. We have added additional fencing and cameras which has mostly eliminated the homeless situation.
