Highly Recommend
December 18, 2020Quiet and Safe place. Perfect distance from Downtown Saint Charles. Who wouldn’t want fire-pits, a pool, grills, and a decked out gym?! Maintenance team is a dream to work with and super polite. And the staff at Rivercrossing get food trucks to come out here! In other words, why haven’t you moved here yet?Property Manager Responded

Nice place but horrible staff communication and slow maintenance
August 19, 2019The apartment is nice and new, so it's hard to complain about the quality of the apartment unit, building, and other facilities. It is expensive though, so you get what you pay for. In my opinion it may be a little overpriced relative to other nice complexes. The location is pretty great though with easy access to the Katy trail, downtown St. Charles, and two major highways. Unfortunately the people working here really take away from the positives I mentioned above. Maintenance is almost ...impossibly slow. I'm shocked to hear that the other reviewer didn't experience issues. Anything more than a minor light bulb change can take months to fix. And if it is something more serious, the staff takes no responsiblity to communicate to the tenant when inquiring about the issue. They make promises in person that don't happen and ignore emails and calls when you follow up politely to remind or ask what the status of the fix is. In my case a water leak seriously lowered the entire apartments daily livability and it took over two months to fix. And I'm not sure it would have ever been completed had I not been persistent after my emails and calls were ignored weeks into nonexistent fix - and again after an attempted fix was abandoned and left my apartment dirty and sitting for weeks. I have lived in 3 apartments in the last 3 years (because I enjoy moving) and the staff communication and maintenance at this property which costed more than the others is horrible in comparison. My only hope with this review is that others don't have to experience the disrespect that I have and that they choose another place to live.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful.... But
July 30, 2019This property is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and outside. The staff has always been professional. The maintenance crew has always been timely with responses to any and all issues one may have with the apartments. The biggest problem this property has is the lack of storage. This is a brand new complex and yet the owners of the property didn't think to add storage to the patios or garages. Most people have excess belongings that they would like to store, but are forced to seek storage from ...an outside entity. MO weather can be really harsh and yet no garages are provided for those that want their vehicles protected from the elements. A quick fix would be to add covered parking for all of the lots. This will greatly help prevent damages to cars when frequent hail storms or severe weather may occur. Lastly, why not add security gates to the facility and cameras in the parking for added security. Considering they are still adding onto the facility, I hope they revamp it by adding some of suggestions mentioned.Property Manager Responded
