September 25, 2025From living in a rental home with no neighbors or nearby "city traffic" I was very particular on where I was moving to next and still stay reasonably close to Washington DC and must say I am very happy I picked River Oaks from being close to 95 and having several areas for shopping close by all while still enjoying a quiet place to call home after a 12-16hr work day.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2025Living here so far has been great! It’s quiet and peaceful. The staff are so helpful all the time. I wish some of the residents would stop throwing trash out on the street and putting ciggs out on the steps but other then that it’s been great.Property Manager Responded

August 7, 2025The apartments are nice and spacious. Too bad my carpets were filled with dog hair upon move in that it broke my vacuum. They refuse to give me new carpets. Yes you can smell dog urine and I have allergies.Property Manager Responded
