February 4, 2026Recently our community experienced a d snow storm. Unfortunately the storm was compounded by ice. I was impressed that our grounds were pretreated with salt. Unfortunately freezing temperatures halted movement for days. Evidently groundskeepers were able to dig out strategic routes in case residents needed to get out. This morning I saw that more help was out cleaning sidewalks, etc. Kudos to River Oaks!Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2026I have been living here since August 2022 and I absolutely love it here. I never had any issues with my neighbors. Any concerns I have the rental Office staff makes it so easy to speak with them.
