July 6, 2017I live here the landlord doesn't keep up on regular maintenance I have been asking for a hot water heater since December 2016 it is now July 2017 he's come to look at it never replaced it even though I have asked numerous times. I complained to him about him replacing three of the water heaters in the building for other Tennant's and received a ten day notice on my door. Would not have rented here if I knew how the landlord really was.Review from Apartments.com
