Resolved very quickly The repairmen were in and out within about an hour and the valve was replaced with no further issues. In the process they also observed my bathroom sink drain was partially clogged and took care of that as well.

The management is very poor, and the staff are rude. No clear communication during snow when they can just tow your car when you didn’t remove it at a specified time. The buildings are old themselves the tiles creaking when stepping on them, dishwasher doesn’t work so does the incinerator also the tiles on my bathroom needed changing I told them for over months till they came and changed them but didn’t even do it correctly they came off after a few days, told them about my dishwasher they did ...
nothing!!!. I don’t recommend anyone to live here runnnnn. I plan on moving out in the next 2 months.

Clogged shower drain I submitted a maintenance request yesterday due to a clogged shower drain. They had it fixed within a couple of hours! Amazing!

Maintenance review I submitted a maintenance request on Monday 2/6. There were five items on the list. When I returned on tuesday 2/7 I was very impressed when I learned that all five items had been addressed. Karissa and Shannon have been very helpful and made me feel welcome. Im glad i chose Riverpointe.
