My Apartment Needs a big improvement

i have been renting for about five years and my apartment could use a face lift it has flowers added since I been hear. I would like to remodel my whole apartment especially my kitchen and my bath room and the bed room . I want to live here for along time but if we don't get some type of change change soon I think I will move but if I win rent for life I can make big change want a place for my children to play, and a better security system. and a inter com outside of the door.
