November 1, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comThis apt is the worst place to live. The roaches are uncontrolled water taste like lead and old paper and office staff lazy and maintained unheard of by this ppl. DONT NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL GET SICK !! Beware !!!

September 3, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived in the complex since 12/2012, and I've loved every minute! The leasing staff was great when I first moved in, and the change of staff bought no difference in service. The new staff are just as friendly and helpful as the old staff, and maintenance is never an issue. Of course things break down, but I've never had to wait longer than 24hrs to have something repaired. The grounds are always well maintained, and the neighborhood, for the most part is very quiet and peaceful. The ...apartments are a nice size to be so inexpensive, and while the Marta bus stop is about a 1mile walk, exercise is good! Plus there is also Express bus service as well. I will be moving out this month, and the only reason I'm moving at all is because I'm moving into a house, otherwise I would remain here another 4 years! GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, AND I'M GOING TO MISS LIVING HERE!!!Read More

The rent office send out letters to let us know what goes on in our community.always quiet. We have surveillance cameras throughout the whole complex.we don't live in a perfect world so I can't say it's all great.but I can say there is more positive then negatives when staying here

They make sure to keep residents updated on situations to live comfortable. I like how welcoming they are in the way they professionally conduct themselves in person and over the phone. They are never rude or pushy but very understanding and patient.
