Terrible management

I have lived here for 5 years and it has been good for the most part but recently new management took over and started kicking people out, most of my neighbors have recently left and I didnt think much of it but recently me and several other units received a "legal notice to vacate the property" with no reason given as to why. I've never paid rent late and never had an issue but am still being kicked out with no reason as to why and despite calling multiple times have not been able to get a hold ...
of the office to find out what os going on, would not recommend trusting GBE Absolute (property managers) at all, also the pool hasn't been operational for years so add a bit of false advertising on as well.

This Place is Infested with Roaches this is a problem with flooring the roaches blend in with rooms the sanitation is not that great a lot of people throw trash on the floor.The Management came in we asked to move into a better room or have the carpet clean(the rooms are being made?)depending if they wanna be nice.I suggest looking for a new location in my opinion if you don't have an animal even better for looking more appealing location.

Conveniently located

This is an older complex with 60 one and two bedroom apartments. Utilities are included. It is on a major bus line. Albertson's, Hastings, and several restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains. and I can view the valley and amazing sunsets from my living room. Pets are permitted.
