The apartment is a great size for me and my significant other. It's my first apt. Maintenance is not 24 hrs and is not good at all. It's not loud in our building its actually quiet. The walls are thin so sometimes it can be annoying hearing the neighbors . I love the set up here and our balcony. Our rent is 499 a month which isn't bad at all . We are looking for another apartment to see if possible to move in that's better and maybe a little bigger.:)
