My mom lives here and I can’t give you 5 stars because when she calls the office to ask to come to her apartment to fix something, they never fix it . She is there for about 4 years and her stove still not fix , she can’t even cook because it’s not working properly, and now her bathroom wall is falling apart and someone came but maybe they just glue it a little bit and right now still the same . So don’t know why this company doesn’t do anything about it because we pay for it every month , and ...

the monthly payment it’s always the same , now it’s even more .

we have been living here going on 2 years and all has been great. the management and all the office persons have done a lot to make us feel welcome. there is always something to do or be a part of. love having elevator and laundry on each floor. lot of space outside for walking and socials. really enjoy living here

My mother has been here for a few years. She LOVES the new owners and everything they do for her. I know when she is home if she has any problems in regards to her apt it always gets done ASAP. I feel more then comfortable with her living in River Run!!
