Stay away!
January 28, 2024Office is non responsive, office is almost never open plus phone lines don't work and they don't respond to emails. Maintenance requests take a long time to process and are always patch fixes. Been here less than a year and have already had five leaks plus had to deal with a cockroach and rodent infestation. Rent here is too expensive to be dealing with all of this.Property Manager Responded

Don't Live Here
July 5, 2023Leasing office doesn't pick up the phone or respond to emails. Online maintenance requests are slow to be received and you have to call like it's an emergency. There are hornets nests at the pool and around the complexes. The pool wasn't open for the majority of the summer. The walls are thin and if you're loud for a second, your nosey neighbors call the cops at 7pm. Neighbors ignore lines and park wherever they want.
