December 31, 2020The Floorplan layout is phenomenal! Neighbors have dogs but you do not hear them in your home. Lovely slate fireplace, stylish countertops & cabinets, and updated lighting. If there are any maintenance issues- they handle it quickly and effectively. No issues with bugs or rodents! There is a huge draft in the Windows - so prepare to make some small updates ( Blackout curtains or plastic window seal). Overall, I would recommend River Vista.Review from Apartments.com
