February 22, 2021Great community, great staff, bad apartments. They need to fix these apartments instead of charging full price for rushed apartments. Cabinets put in incorrectly. December 31, 2020The Floorplan layout is phenomenal! Neighbors have dogs but you do not hear them in your home. Lovely slate fireplace, stylish countertops & cabinets, and updated lighting. If there are any maintenance issues- they handle it quickly and effectively. No issues with bugs or rodents! There is a huge draft in the Windows - so prepare to make some small updates ( Blackout curtains or plastic window seal). Overall, I would recommend River Vista.Review from Apartments.com
