Have been here a few months and have loved it so far. One issue with the gate but they had it up and running within the week. The maintenance team in place seems to be working out because i see them around at all times and the property is looking clean. The pool always look so nice and welcoming!
Terrible, do not sign lease without personally inspecting the unit.

Dishwasher unit full of mold
Mold in the closet behind water heater
Full of cracks were cockroaches would hide
Floors were never cleaned, paint stains
German roach infestation! Crickets, spiders..
South Flores is very loud and full of homeless people
Main gate never worked
DO NOT SIGN LEASE AGREEMENT WITHOUT PERSONALLY INSPECTING THE UNIT.

This was one of the worst apartments I have ever rented, the staff was incompetent, they never pick up the phone, they don't answer emails, the list goes on and on. The apartment itself was disgusting, the cabinets were chipped and the wood was falling off the hinges, bugs and rats everywhere. When I told the apartment they brushed it off saying "no we don't have rats." I definitely recommend that you find somewhere else to live, this place sucks.

I just moved to the apartment and they never let me check inside until o get the key and sign the contract. When I finally could move the apartment was a real garbage!!! All broken! No air conditioner! Cabinets broken! I am having the worst night of my life!!!! Don’t even think about this place !!!!!!!!!

I have lived here since February. The management is absolutely wonderful. If you have any questions contact Samantha in the main office. She has always been a big help with anything I have needed. They are so down to earth I sometimes just go down there to talk. lol
I feel very safe and secure living here. The amenities are a BIG plus. The complex is always kept up on and clean.

After months of searching I finally found a wonderful place for my family. The manager Samantha was so helpful and made our transition so easy. The neighbors are great and so welcoming. I couldn't be more happy with this place.

The manager and the staff memeber are all very kind and friendly. The property is peaceful and quite. You could sit out side enjoy nature and not have to worry about anyone being loud or Ruining your day. These are lovely apartments inside and out. They have a cute park for the kiddos, a basketball court, two pools, and they do fun events for everyone who lives here. I can honestly say I love it here and plan on staying here for a couple more years! Thank you for the awesome service and always ...
