had water leaking through our air vents. There are bits of residue on the carpet, walls, blinds, and even the CEILING from the last tenants of our apartment. The carpet in my bedroom had an odor that smelled similar to cat urine. Our neighbors slam doors all the time. My upstairs neighbors stomp around constantly and have a dog that barks constantly. The shower water temperature bounces around CONSTANTLY. You can't get a full warm shower unless it's 10 at night AT LEAST. People drive around blasting their subs all the time. My sister had her plates stolen at one point. It reeks of weed frequently. Just recently, I had an interaction with the property manager who started off asking "where I live" before mentioning ANY of her business to me. Then, she got rude with me when I asked "why". You can't just ask where I live without telling me why you need to know, when I don't even know who you are. Turns out she was asking because I had just put stuff in the dumpster and didn't flip the lid back over, since the trash could blow away. Here's the thing, it was already left open and filled up before I put my stuff in. If your priority is making people flip a trash can lid over ANY of the other stuff I mentioned, in my opinion, you are not doing a good job as a property manager. We can barely afford to pay the bills for our apartment, and for the whole experience to be like this, it's not at all worth it. Like I said before, I've had nothing but problems with this place. From my personal experience, I'd say go anywhere but here, and only come here if it's your last option.

the office they get to know you by name and grow a real relationship with you as a person not just someone who pays the rent once a month. The apartments are beautiful and well kept. Really loving my time here.
