I been living here for about four years and I must say I enjoy my comfort zone the property manager Aeprel!! great person she makes you feel welcome as a tenant shout out to the maintenance guys you call for something to be fix they there like Jake from State Farm so with that being said riverchase is where you wanna be I just renewed my lease again

Been here over a year I no problems. Maintenance is pretty good They come when you call, pretty quiet neighborhood.

The neighborhood is fairly quiet. I absolutely love the property manager and the way she interacts with our families. She is always trying to plan stuff and helping during the holidays. My street is very peaceful and she makes sure that things run smoothly. The maintenance team is awesome as well I pray when we move ro a bigger home

It’s a great place to live even though it’s in the bottom part of Augusta, they make sure there’s no violence out there and the team members are very awesome. If you need anything done, they will make sure they get it fixed.
