December 18, 2025I would love to see a consideration of adding cameras to the parking garage and mailroom. In the last month my car has been broken into with items stolen and multiple packages from the mailroom. I work night shift and sleep during the day so I can’t always get down to the mailroom to get packages right away. It’s just unfortunate that I’m now out a significant amount of money for an issue that could likely have been prevented with cameras in these places.Review from Apartments.com

November 24, 2025I'd be more comfortable with a dead bolt lock on my door.just not to easy with whats provided . If I pass my door I can easily unlock it just by forgetting to lock the door.Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2025The building itself is nice. I moved in & my fridge was dirty stove is raggedy & seems that it hasn’t been change for some years. I had to scrub the fridge myself and that was very upsetting but overall I love the apartment, it feels like a home.Property Manager Responded

October 24, 2025The apartment itself is spacious, plenty of room in the bedroom for larger mattresses and dressers. The building itself is well maintained and the mailroom is a big plus, as all the big packages get delivered right there. They also have a really pretty courtyard in the center of the building to hang out in, and a really cool community room and fully stocked gym. Really awesome buildingProperty Manager Responded

September 11, 2025Unfortunately recently the office has been awful with communication. Just this week I submitted an emergency maintenance request because I found ants in my apartment and it has been 3 days and the ants are still here living with me rent free. I have called everyday and I either get no one answering the phone or empty promises that maintenance will come and then they never show up. No one has even attempted to contact me first. September 4, 2025Nice place to live. Although the area has slipped a bit, I still enjoy living here. Maintenance has been very prompt and management is friendly. Sometimes a little overwhelmed so may take some time for changes. Overall, I would recommend Rivers Edge.Property Manager Responded

August 27, 2025Found a lot of chipped paint, chipped dry wall, kitchen counter is peeling. The master bedroom toilet is constantly running. Neighbors did not give good responses on how the building is managed. Windows are super old, yet we're paying the fee of a mortgage. Poor paint job through out the unit. There are slabs of paint on windows. But I love all the amenities that this property offers. It's a home for the time. Bonus points that we are right by the elevators & exit. Gracious for the experience to ...be a tenant here. Hopefully more people will join the team to meet tenants demands.Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2025Great location in the heart of downtown Waukesha! Plenty of amenities including gym, game room, and pet washing room. Communication from the office is much improved regarding water shutoffs, garage door issues, etc. The maintenance staff are outstanding. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, and quick responding to any issues. The grounds are kept up very nicely, but the dog area is getting a bit overgrown.
