June 26, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comLocation in the heart of downtown can't be beat! Always something going on and if not, Waukesha is great for people watching as it has a few characters. Building is well-kept, communication is improving, and the maintenance is top-notch. Game room is available, but the hours are uncertain. It used to be available 24 hours, but the app to let you in has limited hours (7am - 5pm). The games in there could use an upgrade, especially the pool table. The arcade games are great and free! TVs are in ...there, but there aren't any remotes nor an obvious way to turn them on, so it's kind of pointless to have them. It's great to have a game room at all, so I'm happy to have the option to use it. Workout room is great and plenty of things available in there to keep you in shape.Read More

April 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe building is spacious and has some great amenities from heated and enclosed parking, to a nice fitness center. However, some of the staff both in the front office and in the maintenance team are very dismissive and make you feel bad for asking for the kind of help they advertise themselves as being a resource for. There is also a ridiculous amount of noise some days as people on higher floors stomp around and let their kids run around stomping their feet quickly. My unit also has issues with ...both showers and between those showers and the sinks and the sticky kitchen counter, the unit is very questionable in quality.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
