March 6, 2026The apartment is nice but the staff are very rude. There is always dog pop on the ground and it always smells like pot. Even if you pay for parking your spot will be taken. Wish the staff would care more for the price we pay.Property Manager Responded

December 18, 2025I would love to see a consideration of adding cameras to the parking garage and mailroom. In the last month my car has been broken into with items stolen and multiple packages from the mailroom. I work night shift and sleep during the day so I can’t always get down to the mailroom to get packages right away. It’s just unfortunate that I’m now out a significant amount of money for an issue that could likely have been prevented with cameras in these places.Review from Apartments.com

November 18, 2025The building itself is nice. I moved in & my fridge was dirty stove is raggedy & seems that it hasn’t been change for some years. I had to scrub the fridge myself and that was very upsetting but overall I love the apartment, it feels like a home.Property Manager Responded

October 24, 2025The apartment itself is spacious, plenty of room in the bedroom for larger mattresses and dressers. The building itself is well maintained and the mailroom is a big plus, as all the big packages get delivered right there. They also have a really pretty courtyard in the center of the building to hang out in, and a really cool community room and fully stocked gym. Really awesome buildingProperty Manager Responded

September 11, 2025Unfortunately recently the office has been awful with communication. Just this week I submitted an emergency maintenance request because I found ants in my apartment and it has been 3 days and the ants are still here living with me rent free. I have called everyday and I either get no one answering the phone or empty promises that maintenance will come and then they never show up. No one has even attempted to contact me first. Very disappointed.Property Manager Responded
