    They mismanaged my deposit refund and sent me to collections for $20 less than 30 days after I moved out. I never missed or made a late payment as a resident. Avoid this place.

    I have had a good experience so far, the noise is minimal, neighbors are friendly and the staff has been great. I would like to see more apartment events to get to know new neighbors and possibly a dog washing station in the future.

    Overall, I love living here. The management office has been great about stepping above and beyond when some help was needed. Maintenance staff is very responsive to issues within the apartment. BUT we’re coming up on four weeks without one of our elevators! Really?

    Kenesha & Chelsea were both great. Please visit rather than trusting the negative reviews. Awesome place! Very clean, very friendly environment. Great location with spectacular views of the river as well as the city skyline.

    For the most part I enjoy living here but there are constant issues with amenities like the elevators never working, coffee machine not working, not being able to get in/out out of the garage doors, the dog area and attached lobby are soiled and smell bad. Recently we’ve had fire alarms and follow up testing which totally freaked my cat out. Management does their best but it’s a little exhausting always having one issue or another.

    I love it here! The kitchen in my apartment is amazing, the closets and bathrooms are spacious, and the amenities are perfect. Keyless entry on the doors, and I particularly like the app to let visitors in and the package concierge service reduces worries about deliveries going missing. I'm enjoying my new home.

    Overall a pretty peaceful experience. The amenities are nice and the price is decent for the apartment but they do charge you a couple hundred dollars in hidden monthly fees. The elevators always seem to have issues but maintenance and management are really good.

    So far we are really excited to live here. The amenities are beautiful and really comfortable and the location is amazing. I ride my bike with my son and we have to ride through nature every day which is unbelievable
