Riverside Villa Apartments
October 12, 2015If you are looking for a great community with friendly neighbors, this is the place for you. The management and staff are just incredible. I put in multiple maintenance requests and the repair man was here within the hour and fixed everything! They even gave us a welcome bag when we moved in filled with many essential goodies we needed! The floors, appliances, and countertops are brand new, the common areas are well maintained, and it's affordable! The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. ...The management takes care of you and your pets. They have complementary doggie bags and a trash can out front to take care of your pet's business. They also have a great fitness and entertainment area with billiards and darts - not to mention the pool and grills! This apartment definitely feels like HOME. Reviewing one bed room apartment in rRverside Villas
September 2, 2015Riverside villas apartment complex at Riverside Drive north Hollywood is one of the best apartment complex, people can find in North Hollywood, because the management has an efficient connection with the apartment holders and they listen to the apartment holders opinions. Riverside Villas apartment complex at Riverside Drive is composed with a swimming pool and also with a gym which is not a common feature that people can see in reasonable price apartment complexes. Management is able to clean ...the surrounding of the apartment complex all the time and make sure all the apartment holder are having any kind of a problem regarding anything. If some cleaning or maintaining event going on, manager always noticed very well earlier so we can be prepared. Not only that but also, apartments are rented to reasonable rents. Furthermore, indoor closed parking facilities available for apartment holders. Apartment complex placed in a good neighborhood which is very close to the metro redline and also for convenient stores. On safety reasons, complex equipped with alarming facilities and no one without a key can't enter to the complex. At last but not least, apartment complex equipped with sauna, which is very helpful. Fantastic Experience at Riverside Villa!
July 22, 2015The application process for Riverside Villa was outstanding. It was very easy to fill out the application online. Once approved, I was even able to read my leasing agreement online! Now that I've been living here, I don't have a single complaint. The amenities have been great (brand new appliances, clean laundry room, gym, pool, BBQ grills, etc). I highly recommend Riverside Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable place to live in a central part of town.Review from Apartments.com
