No Privacy

I’ve never lived in or visited any other apartment complex where management was this nosey. I visited a friend one evening to help them put together furniture, and after we were finished we stood outside to chat. (This was around 8:30 pm.) While we were outside, the manager came out with their dog on a leash, and proceeded to loiter nearby. They weren’t actually walking their dog - just using it as an excuse to come outside and listen to my friend and I chatting.
We went back inside after a few ...
minutes once it was clear that the manager planned on “walking their dog” less than 10 feet away for the entirety of our conversation.
I’ve heard of nosey neighbors, but this management has reached a new low. Don’t expect any privacy if you enter this complex- apparently it’s asking too much.

While we appreciate honest feedback, we would like to let prospective tenants know that we did receive a high volume of reviews from people that were not tenants at Riverside Gardens due to a Tik Tok video that was shared spreading false information.
