No Privacy
June 2, 2021I’ve never lived in or visited any other apartment complex where management was this nosey. I visited a friend one evening to help them put together furniture, and after we were finished we stood outside to chat. (This was around 8:30 pm.) While we were outside, the manager came out with their dog on a leash, and proceeded to loiter nearby. They weren’t actually walking their dog - just using it as an excuse to come outside and listen to my friend and I chatting. We went back inside after a few ...minutes once it was clear that the manager planned on “walking their dog” less than 10 feet away for the entirety of our conversation. I’ve heard of nosey neighbors, but this management has reached a new low. Don’t expect any privacy if you enter this complex- apparently it’s asking too much.Property Manager Responded

Rodents and poor management
April 27, 2021Beautiful neighborhood but horrible apartments. Unsafe grounds. Structures falling apart (scary to walk under walk ways, some parts look like they are about to collapse) with poor upkeep. Units infested with rodents, termites and pests. Pool light has been out for a year which is a hazard if someone like a child falls in at night. Riverside has had several apartment managers in the past 5 years. Current management, Terra, is rude, unfriendly and known for retaliation. Management will take away ...your parking space even if you are paying for it. They look through trash and recycling for non broken down boxes to catch you with. They implement yearly leases unfairly as well, keeping some on month to month leases. They are known to have “favorites” and for spreading gossip among residents.Property Manager Responded
