Amazing Landlord; Amazing Location!!

This apartment building is great for literally anyone whether you are a single, couple, or a family. It offers furniture ready units and a great area where you feel safe. You're also close to all the nearby attractions, downtown only 15 mins, OSU only 12 minutes, all shopping in 5-7 mins tops, and so much more. This apartment building also offers water included in the rent just responsible for wifi, gas, and electric, and onsite laundry for convenience. I highly recommend this place!

Great place to live
August 1, 2018
I've been living here for 4 months now, and it's been a great place to live. I got a cheap 6 month lease, and I haven't had any problems living here. Everyone is nice and none of my neighbors are too loud. It's also fully furnished with pretty nice furniture, which is extremely convenient. The beds are hard and squeaky, but I use a mattress topper, so it's not really an issue for me.
