Hazardous and Unsafe
May 7, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comWe have had nothing but trouble since moving in. Roaches must be in every unit, every time we try to get it under control they come back because they are spreading between the walls. No amount of pest control can control this when the apartments are thin and the trash outside gives them somewhere to also breed. Things break constantly and it takes forever for maintenance to come fix it. Sometimes they never fix it at all or make a half repair and it ends up worse. Staff says updated are being ...made but all I’m seeing is work being incompleted and inconveniencing everyone. The staff is constantly turning over too, how bad is it when people don’t even want to stay working here? Corporate office never returned calls when you call with concerns, the office never answers the phones, and the manager is never to be found. This is all unacceptable. I don’t see how this place is still open, the city of Dallas’s code compliance needs to come out and fine this business and force the staff to fix everything. Even then it’s still not worth it anymore. Gunshots are constantly being heard, violent crimes close by, a security guard doing little. Oh, and contractors set a building on fire last night, this pretty much sets the tone to what moving here will get you.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

March 4, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI stay there for 2 years.. my apartment flooded several times roaches so bad the be inside your refrigerator! The office staff is very rude and never knows anything when you ask them they cut a big hole in my wall for the new a/c never came to fix cause they remodeling they apartments my bedroom floor is soak and wet Can’t call the office cause they never answer They put a new door with a key fog while I was at work and left my door open I came home to a man in my kids restroom they lady told ...me it’s nothing she do cause the told me they was remodeling my apartments didn’t care I was gone they just replace my door I had a flood and the maintenance man told me to use my own bathroom towels to get the wet up the 1st year I asked for a new refrigerator because the roaches was so bad they had went I inside I can’t make this up show the office they told me my refrigerator have to go out before they give me another one the dish washer I never used because it’s so dirty and full of roaches the man I called to clean it told me it’s best I never use it Even though they remodeling they don’t know when a new apartments will be able on the website they state they have washer and dryers but the staff told be they don’t know anything And they can’t renew leases so everybody paying month to month!!! Very nasty property
August 7, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe pepole leave trash next to the door for weeks and the office does nothing! The staff is not helpful and are hardly in the office. It takes months to get things fixed no matter how serious. And they never can keep a stable staff its always someone new. The leasings agents can't do anything without the manager so if she is out guess what? You get zero help and answers from them. I mean none. I wish I could post these nasty trash pics.
