August 15, 2022I do not like that whenever the maintenance people blow leafs, they will blow it into my balcony, yes I'm on 1st floor. But email will always be sent out about we need to make sure our apartment is clean. But I didn't plant any leafs but your maintenance people blew leafs so shouldn't that be their fault not mines. Also adding up, emails and papers are sent to us ask that they are going to do some " inspection" around each apartment. I do not find that safe and it is very uncomfortable to my ...space. Plus we all have no consent of "yes or no" because they already sent it out that they will no matter what. I do not agree on this. It wasn't say on the application that there will be inspection time to time. Matter of fact, when I firstmove in, there wasn't at all until for some odd reason they do it now. And most of the time, we are not home, so we really don't know what they are looking for/at. And we are not there when they come thru the door. Would recommend
September 28, 2015The price is right, even though the cabnits and appliances aren't the most up to date, this gated community offers great amentities and features such as in unit washer and dryer, they allow pets (of all weights), and they are located in a beautiful area near the sacramento area. My favorite thing about our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is that the rooms aren't right next to each other like in most other floorplans, so my roomates and I almost have our own corners of the house with the common ...rooms in between.
