The apartment itself is OK. They recently updated the apartments but with that also increased the price. The major issue that we have is that both the closets and the cabinets stink of cigarettes. The apartment manager likes to build himself up all the time and tries to belittle you when he can. I have lived in many apartments over the years and I have never dealt with such poor management. Both management and corporate are a joke. They also hate working with people with financial ...
assistance. Anytime financial assistance is involved they get irritated. If you are late once they be on you so quickly which I understand. Once late a second time you must pay the following month as well or they will still take you to court. If there is an error on their end with payments being received they are very quick to blame you and send the building manager after you.

My apartment is perfect. One very spacious bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. The owners are very good at keeping things up to date, they are doing remodeling of all apartments at this time and i love the new look! Manager is on duty five days a week,how ever he can be reached any time. Richard, the maintenance man is awesome.this guy goes above and beyond his duties to keep everyone happy. I've been here seven years and don't plan on moving any time soon. LOVE MY ...
