July 1, 2021I’ve lived here for almost 4 months and haven’t had a negative experience with the manager, Maddy. The property is well kept up and maintenance is on top of every request. Friendly neighbors and no problems so far!Review from Apartments.com

September 22, 2020Management is not on top of maintenance request. Ignores phones calls. The area is nice and close to freeways and restaurants. I would suggest looking for other apartments around isla verde community not Riverview. Lazy lazy onsite manager.Review from Apartments.com
No...just no.
January 21, 2018THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I do not recommend renting here. There's a lot of turn over for management, maintenance issues are not taken care of, pest control is a joke, several complaints about attempted break ins were not taken seriously. When I moved out, they gave me a fraction of my deposit even though I cleaned the carpets and deep cleaned every inch of the apartment. It was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in.
