June 16, 2018We’ve only been here a month. The outside is so nice, the apartment itself is good (lots of others claimed to have a bug problem but luckily we don’t) BUT I also ready that staff are really negligent to renters. I requested maintenance on a leak a month ago and they keep telling me they need to order a piece but I guess they haven’t or won’t do it. Their community gym area is a little dumb too because you have to pay for a key to enter when it should be a part of an amenity that is included in ...rent. Oh and make sure you let them know if you want an apartment WITH AC. That was the only reason we chose this place but we didn’t get one. It’s my fault for assuming they all had AC and not knowin. I had to specifically request it. It was never mentioned. I’m annoyed it’s a year lease so we’ll see if we want to renew when the time is up.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst place
August 9, 2016Infested with ants, spiders, and Roaches. Pipes burst in the wall and they are saying that we have to pay for the water damage and black mold clean up because when the pipe burst there was no water damage.Review from Apartments.com
Comfortable home, Beautiful Surroundings
August 13, 2015Riverview Springs apartments are well laid out providing comfortable size rooms, open spaces, and plenty of storage space. The top floor apartments have the high ceilings and neat cubby areas great for decorating. The grounds are well kept, plenty of green space for kids to play, three pools with hot tubs, several exercise rooms and laundry facilities (or you can have w/d in the apartment). The management team is friendly, quick response to maintenance calls, and friendly neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com
