July 26, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comReally safe area for Brooklyn Center. Mainly families live here. The landlord, Steven, responds to calls immediately regarding any maintenance issues or otherwise and is really helpful and kind. By far the most beautiful Apartments you can find for the price. Everything is completely updated including hardwood flooring. The only complaints I have are there isn't recycling and I'd prefer an electric stove rather than a gas stove because I worry about the possibility of a fire.
