Neglect

Landlord refuses to fix tenants apartments who currently live there. There's been an ongoing leakage problem to which he refuse to fix and there is now mold within the walls and ceilings )been ongoing for almost 10 years). Was there yesterday for Thanksgiving and came home wheezing and coughing due to the issue. We lived there many years ago and he has always been like that. It was always a battle to get things done.
