October 1, 2025I initially chose to live at Rize because of its proximity to work and family. I just renewed my lease for a 3rd year because my experience here has been amazing. The building /public areas are well maintained and always clean, the amenities are second to none, and the staff is friendly and always willing to help with any issues you may have. Awesome place to live
August 30, 2023I live in a one-bedroom here at Rize with my wife and 2 cats, and we love how bright and open the living area is, the spaciousness of the bedroom, the amount of storage space, everything is exactly what we want. We're always at the pool and gym, which are excellent. And the fact that there's two levels of free parking puts it over the top. They are engaged constantly with our community assisting any needs and hosting fun events that bring Joy and variety to the experience here! They have continued to improve their amenities such as adding a coffee bar, and they are willing to lend a hand in anyway when needed. I have enjoyed the large walking/running track around the building, the ability to walk to Caribou and Chipotle, the near by Bryant Lake Park which is amazing, ...and I can hop the bike trails from here to Uptown. They have access to snacks, a gym, sauna, pool table, great common spaces, and a roof top terrace! August 23, 2019We absolutely LOVE living here at RiZE. We have lived at four different luxury apartments and this one tops them all. It is in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails right behind the complex, very pet friendly, and has all the amenities you could ask for. Our favorite amenities are the sauna and two-story gym! What stands out to us about RiZE compared to the others we have lived at is the management. They are top notch! Always willing to answer any questions we have no matter what time of ...the day it is and are SO friendly. They go above and beyond what any management group has done for us in the past.
