A kind manager is a great manager
May 23, 2024I've been living at the Rochester for a couple months now. I've gotta say that I feel secure here, and that's due to the management of the building. Sabrina and Gerard have been nothing short of cordial, kind, and responsive since I've come here. Whatever issues I've had, they've been quick to give me a response and resolve them as soon as possible. To give an example, our washing machines weren't functioning properly for about a week, and Sabrina made sure to keep us updated as inspections and ...repairs were made. Having come from a house where my landlord there was always checked out and pretended I didn't exist, having people that actually care about you and are willing to talk to you about your living space is a breath of fresh air.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Good building, horrible HR
October 2, 2018Just moved out of here. Building is OK. HR front desk is an absolute disaster to work with. I was inquiring about the security deposit and the front desk lady was uninterested and condescending. In the end, she hung up on me and I had to call back...Property Manager Responded
