Do not rent from Robin Hill Apartments or Tenle Property Management. We dealt with recurring leaks, water intrusion, and mold that resulted in a Kansas City Health Department inspection documenting health-hazard violations involving moisture and suspected mold. The apartment manager told us the mold “wasn’t harming the baby,” despite the Health Department’s findings. After opening the walls, additional mold was visible inside the wall cavity. drywall was replaced and visible mold on the trim was painted over, while mold in other areas, including around the bathtub, hallway, and kitchen, remained. We repeatedly requested documentation showing the root cause of the leaks and what repairs were completed, but received nothing. When our only bathroom was unusable during repairs, we were told to use the restroom at the leasing office. Our requests to be released from the lease have been ignored, and communication from management has been extremely poor. Read the reviews carefully before signing a lease.
