Terrible
September 6, 2022Do not move here. Landlord gives everyone random prices on rent. Place is nasty. Not worth the money. Halls are so nasty. My grandmother wouldn't come and visit with how nasty she allows the halls to get. The "cleaner" comes like once every 3 months , if you are lucky. Absolutely terrible. Washers and dryers and always broke and she won't give you any $ back if the machine takes your moneyReview from Apartments.com
QUIET LIVING NICE MANAGEMENT
September 26, 2017I lived here for 19 months and had very few problems. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, they responded right away and were always friendly. The Manager and Assistant Manager were always kind and listened to my issues (when I had them). Part of apartment living is making sure that you read the contract and follow the rules. If you don't, then of course you are going to be dissatisfied. If you follow the rules, be kind and courteous to your neighbors and take care of your home, then you will get ...along great here. November 23, 2016Before signing the lease I had asked about a water bill and they said water was included in the rent price. After signing the lease they charged me every month a $35 flat fee for water.Review from Apartments.com
