Not always a pretty picture

This area is populated with apartments that all look alike on both sides of the street two blocks long. There are coffee shops, Tim Horton and Dunkins Donuts, conveniently located on one end of the block and gas stations and fitness centers on the other end. This apartment building is full of one bedroom units. The apartments are small, just big enough for one person. The rent is reasonable, but don't expect the owner to do any repairs. Basically you get what you pay for.
