November 7, 2022The pools are down for maintenance almost all the time, it was down for maintenance almost all of summer. Also, read your lease very carefully, security deposits are an issue and it’s a moot point to argue with the leasing office. For what you get at this complex, rents are not appropriate. Decent, yet quiet
July 29, 2015These are great patio apartments. They are somewhat dated but are slowly being updated. The area is extremely quiet. I work nights and unless the grass is being mowed or repairs are being made in the apartment I'm never woken up. I never hear my neighbors talking or their televisions. Maintenance can be slow at responding to issues for to lack of funds by the apartment complex. But all in all I have a place to sleep, eat and it's quiet.Review from Apartments.com
