Rockwood apartment review
May 8, 2023We have been living here for 3 years and still like it very much. This property is nicely landscaped and the grounds are very well maintained throughout the seasons. Also, All the apartments are in excellent condition and offer generous sqare footage compared to the majority of apartment complexes in this area. The on-site management team is here Monday through Friday they have always been very friendly and quick to respond to any of our needs and in almost every case repairs were done the same ...day as reported except for one time they had to call an electrician to replace our 220 volt dryer plug. the tenants are very friendly as well. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood close to the sheriff and Fire Departments. In all honesty I would say these are probably the best you'll find in Fernley. Great people , terrible managment
December 27, 2017.. Love love love the tenants here . But definitely not worth getting ripped off for sure ! Do not move here if you are a young family. Very unprofessional managment. I have tried to contact the apartment complex OWNER but there is no number, name, or adress on file ... there is just an apartment manager, and her husband as the maintenance manager . If you are young be prepared to get ganged up on by both of them. They will not help you , charge you for things they say they did not , call you ...delinquents when you pay your rent . Say you have to pay eviction charges even though they took late payments for rent . The managment will hurt you , and hurt you bad ... but other than that , it is a great place to live in , quiet and kind people . You will not have to worrie about getting in Tennants bad sides because they all stay to themself. Honestly the quietest place I have ever lived . But for me at least , good or bad managment is a make it or break it for me. I have never been disrespected in my life by a manager . Expecially where I live!! I wish they would change managment, I would stay there for longer than 11 months . Oh that also reminds me , she will say she accidently put an 11 month lease on when it is suposto be a 12 month lease. She will put up papers on doors saying she is coming at one time , and be so late . Or not even give you a notice, they will just show up when they want. Nice Place
July 8, 2016I just moved here from Wisconsin, and am really pleased with my choice of places to live. The apartment complex is so neat and clean. I also enjoy the piece and quiet here at Rockwood even with kids in the complex. The management here is superb, they keep the complex clean, neat and orderly. I would recommend the Rockwood Apartments to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live.Review from Apartments.com
