Management is Absentee
February 21, 2024Abandoned furniture and mattresses are left for weeks at a time at trash enclosures. The pool, which has been out of service for over a month, still has not been services. No one is ever in the management office. And abandoned unregistered cars are left everywhere on the property inviting crime onto the property that has gates that have not worked for 6 months.Property Manager Responded

Great Apartments
September 16, 2015Rollingwood Condominium Rentals is a great place to live. great floor plans at great prices. the pool and spa are a great place to go and relax. Close to resturants and shopping centers. Only a few miles from the mall and the river. Nice place for talking a walk around the apartments. Great laundry facility. September 6, 2015We moved out of a large house into an apartment here about 4 years ago. Oddly enough, it was a fairly easy transition for our young child and 2 dogs. I loved all of the beautiful trees, bushes, and grass when we came here to check out the complex for the first time. I feel like I'm living in a park. There is a small park, horse shoe pit, bbq area, tennis court, pool, hot tub, small gym with new equipment purchased in the last couple of years, and a wall ball room inside the gym building. The two ...bedroom we are in is 1,020 square feet, which I have found to be fairly spacious for an apartment. The apartment had been remodeled inside before we moved in. it has beautiful granite counter tops in kitchen and both bathrooms, and new kitchen appliances, and beautiful gas fireplace. However, I'm not a fan of the size of the kitchen, and that there is no washer or dryer in our unit. Thankfully there are a few laundry facilities on the complex grounds, $1 to wash and $1 to dry. It's hard living in an upstairs apartment with a 6 year old and a 2 year old running around all of the time, but thankfully we have great neighbors! The complex is usually very quiet during the day and night. We really enjoy it here as it is close to shopping, hospitals, dining out, and quite a few schools only minutes away.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
