Do not move here. Walls are paper thin, management doesn’t address any issues you have and neighbors are ghetto and inconsiderate. The stairwells always had trash, used napkins, and smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Loud noise from the unit below us every single night for months and management never did anything. We could not get a single nights sleep. It was so bad that we had to sue the management for not enforcing the lease terms. After winning in court, we were able to break the lease ...
without any penalties and we ended up moving 8 months into a 12 month lease in the middle of a snow storm. It was that bad. Management here is abysmal.
TLDR: Do not move here under any circumstances. They are nice to you until you sign the lease then they will treat you like garbage. Plenty of other decent apartments around Alexandria. Also, do not believe any of the 5 star reviews, most of them are from people who toured the place one time and management is probably giving incentives to leave a good review.
