Don’t move in here!!!!!
March 24, 2026I strongly recommend not renting here. The leasing agents and manager are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are incredibly rude people and every conversation they will talk down on you and snap at you. You’ll also see maintenance guys smoking around the property while driving golf carts. Parking is a constant problem. There aren’t enough spaces available, and management does not have any solutions. We never had friends or family over because there was absolutely no place for them to ...park. The most frustrating part was the move-out process. They will take your whole deposit. They find ways to add questionable or exaggerated charges. They will completely make up reasons just to take your money! We had multiple friends who moved out who warned us as well that they will make up ridiculous charges. Never have I ever had my whole deposit taken from an apartment complex before. August 5, 2025The location of the apartment is great and very safe. The amenities are also nice. The dog park is also big and great for pups. Although, it is not central and people do not pick up after their dogs. Dogs are also not allowed on the grass. The apartment is walkable, but lacks sufficient areas to let your dog use the bathroom. Guest parking is an issue and visitors are constantly parking in reserved spots. Communication from the apartment staff is not great and often last minute. August 1, 2025The staff is friendly, we’re thankful for maintenance taking care of any issue. Our only complaints are the dog poops everywhere, the trash everywhere. The sprinklers are broken by the playground and got my kids and I soaked the other day. Other than that we are happy with the place.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2025I’ve been here a few days! Very clean outside. Very quiet so far. Kid friendly and Pet friendly. Everyone seems friendly and respectful! July 31, 2025It is a nice place to live and amenities are great. The only issue is that there is not enough guest parking and some people is parking on the curbe when entering the apartments. Also, some animals are leaving waste on the sidewalks.Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2025I wouldn’t live here again it is not worth the rent the front office staff is useless , almost but not all the maintenance employees are rude and feel entitled to park in your assigned parking spot, the leasing manager is highly rude has no sense of being polite or sense of urgency. The internet goes out way too much for this to be included in rent allow residents yo get their own provider or offer their crappy one, there is not enough parking for guests or residents in the back people just park ...anywhere and a tow truck is here often taking peoples vehicles out due to lack of parkingProperty Manager Responded
