The property management is never there, my apartment flooded and my renters insurance is having a hard time getting in touch with them. They never actually fix anything just put a bandaid on it just for it to break again. For sake please do not waste your time or money here.

Since day one I've been having problem with this place, i was told my move in date was February 25, but coming close to that date, they never called me or anything . I had to make the call and there was no one picking up the phone. I've called for the past two days until I got the lady on the phone. Once I was able to finally get the ok to move in, I was totally not aware that I was gonna get the upstairs apartment, but since my other lease was up, I had no choice but to move in at that unit. ...
Everything in that place did not looked like the one that the lady showed my in the beginning , the bathroom sink looks like a mess where they use regular paint to cover everything, there's no thermostat, when I moved In I was freezing and couldn't find it anywhere. There has been roaches issue which they have tried to resolved. I'm counting the days where I finally can leave this place. I wish no one stays here, I've had three manager all which have quit cuz this is not the best place to work!! Save ur money for somewhere better!
