Very loud, I have lived here for 4 years and I haven't had a week go by with out marijuana and cigarette smoke filling my apartment. Nothing gets done about it except retaliation. Maybe good for college kids.

This is an awesome place to live in a college town. There are not many college students and the maintenance guy is great. Anytime you see him you can put in a request and things are fixed within a 24 hour period which is an awesome attribute. I would highly recommend these apartments to any family or single individual.
