Always a good Maintenance experience! I had an inconsistent leak under the kitchen sink. He figured out what it was and replaced the kitchen faucet. I've had no more leaks! :)

Terrible apartments. Amenities rarely work, hot tub in particular. Heat was was out for 3 days. College students all over. Avoid if your older.
