This apartment complex has been under construction for nearly a year straight. Water and electricity are hit and miss. I couldn't move into my unit due to construction for a month after my lease started and got stuck in an older unit without the kitchenette. The community kitchen got taken down without any notice, so don't expect access to a real stove. Lots of flies and the place is overall gross and outdated, weed goes through the ventilation and I regularly had to turn on my bathroom fan just ...

This place is so filthy and unmaintained it looks like something from a nightmare. The 1 kitchen in the building is consistently filthy, filled with garbage and there are webs and bugs everywhere. The place is infested with spiders, beetles, you name it. During the winter it was painfully freezing as their heaters are weak. The landlord also wont return calls or emails for about a month at a time. This building is unlivable and I would suggest ANYWHERE else but here if you can afford it. This ...

This is a horrible apartment. I chose it because it was cheap, so I didn’t expect much from an apartment without kitchens in the rooms, but I expected better than this. I’ve rented from many property management companies but this one is by far the worst. The manager of these apartments is a rude, forgetful lady who is unprofessional and an incredibly poor communicator. The maintenance folks are rude and often unhelpful. once a month. Since NONE of the windows have screens, the hallways are always full of bugs and sometimes even birds. They refuse to put screens in any of the windows, even in the apartments, no matter how many times I’ve asked. This has been an enormous problem the past few days because the wall-mounted air conditioner isn’t cooling my room and since the building is made of cinderblock, all of the heat is being retained. I am absolutely cooking, and maintenance said there’s nothing they can do. It’s also freezing in the winter.
