I have loved living at the Pearl! Friendly neighbors, clean building, very nice & attentive maintenance team. The building is just the right size. Attached parking garage & beautiful rooftop are great amenities. Location can’t be beat - SoNo restaurants, bars, & shops are steps away. Walk to Metro North or the mall both in under 10 minutes. After a decade in NYC, the Pearl has been the perfect transition.

We moved in in February of 2020 and absolutely adored our time there. There was a transition of management last summer and since then the communication with the leasing staff and maintenance has been outstanding. Any of our needs they immediately took care of. The quiet rooftop is a great place to spend time with friends and the location is unbeatable. We are ending our time at SoNo Pearl only because we bought a place of our own, we would have stayed otherwise. I highly recommend this building ...

I am a former Sono Pearl resident and wanted to comment on many of the positives I experienced there. Every bit of detail is attended to, from the soundproofing of units, to the wonderful common areas to the maintenance services, Gustavo handles this aspect of the building perfectly and respectfully. Walking out the front door onto Washington Avenue affords a resident a minimum of 20 dining options and at least 50 shopping options within a 10 minute walk. This can't be oversold as leaving the car ...
behind is such a stress reliever when going out for errands or for fun. Finally, the onsite manager, Emmy Sasaki is a phenomenally effective and friendly at representing FD Rich Property Management. My move into the Pearl was from the Midwest and many of the details that could have gone wrong were seamlessly handled. Emmy went above and beyond to make things work for me. I could go on and on but some of the high impact examples were: 1) Meeting me and family to view several units on her day off, 2) Allowing me to stow some big bags onsite until my return trip even before I had a unit secured and 3) getting 100% positive comments from the people in the neighborhood and building whom I inquired with about Emmy and the Pearl in general. We even asked the restaurant manager down the block who told us he loved the Pearl, and has been a resident for over a year! Move the Sono Pearl to your finalists to visit. Emmy will be a pleasure to deal with and you will love the modern feel and location of this relatively newly open Property.

Great building! I work in NYC and was torn between Greenwich, Stamford and SoNo but when I toured Pearl I knew it was the perfect place for me. Small quiet building with great vibe, I can easily walk to train plus the awesome restaurants are a huge bonus. My neighbors are all nice and super friendly. One of the things that really sold me here is that everything is managed in-house and I actually met the owner in the building randomly one weekend when he was visiting the building. He asked me if I ...
