Just moved in this month and I really like it
September 29, 2023The staff here, ladies in the office, maintenance man are all amazing and accommodating to all your needs and concerns, providing you with a comfortable safe place of living. I just moved in and I already feel safe and part of a great community! Laundry room on site is clean and easy to use , they even have complimentary laundry supplies provided. It’s a pet friendly place, with doggie bags and trash cans provided for easy clean up. So glad I went with Saginaw Station, my dog Elvis and I are ...really happy in our new home.Property Manager Responded

Great complex overall
August 22, 2023Great place to have an apartment, the management take care of your needs and treat you like family. Maintenance gets things done on a timely fashion. Never had a unpleasant experience with staff. Complex is well cleaned up and you see the staff going around picking up what is on ground. Go some where else way over priced for a crap place!
February 19, 2023Roaches, the laundry room scares me u won't even use it. It also smells like trash. The washers r gross. Half have been broken for 2 years half the dryers r also broken. My air conditioning has never worked in "new upgraded"apt. Ha what a laugh. They didn't even clean the borders they just painted over the dirt. They say wood flooring that's a lie. They have plumbing issues real bad. One good thing the heaters work well. But parking is impossible. There's mold in the air ducts. U can't hang ...curtains due to the sheet rock being filled in and painted. Nails go straight threw and its jus a hollow hole. Its awful. The dumpster leaves a horrid.smell that lingers into ur apt due to thin windows. This place should b condemned honestly. I don't enjoy coming home here. I hate it.
