DO NOT MOVE HERE. Upon move in the apartment was absolutely filthy. It was infested with roaches, had old stained carpet that smelled like an animal and was just not cleaned before move in. The front manager is incredibly rude and upon move out we were charged over 1200 dollars to replace the carpet even though we did not damage it during our one year stay. They charged us for damages that we noted on our move in checklist and refused to remove the charges or provide the checklist. We had ...
multiple issues with our bathtub breaking and maintenance would never fully fix it so we had to keep calling someone but the faucet hardly ever worked. There would be trash around the apartment complex often and the gate would not close frequently.(which might be why my car was broken into on the property). We do have a dog that is fully potty trained and never once went pee or poop on the carpet and I would put that on my life. They just knew the carpet was old and needed to be replaced so they are trying to charge us for damages we did not make. We are contacting a lawyer now but I just wanted to warn anyone thinking of renting here.
