It comes fully furnished and has a full kitchen with all cooking essentials and a large living room with a large TV, a dedicated workspace and an ensuite washer/dryer. Along with your own private suite you will have access to 2 separate yards, a brand new furnished outdoor gazebo, and picnic patio with a BBQ. You will have 2 free designated parking spots available inside secure gated parking. It is located downtown, close to all the finest restaurants, shopping and entertainment Chico has to offer! It is also within walking distance of our beautiful Bidwell Park and Chico State University. -Only 2 tenants per unit -Garbage, water and landscaping as well as partial WIFI/cable ($95/month) included. Renter is pays for all other utilities. -Along with your personal suite you will have access to two separate shared yards, with a BBQ, brand new gazebo and outdoor sitting area. -You will have 2 designated parking spots in gated parking lot with secure keypad access. -Each suite has keypad access for easy and secure entry. -Pet allowed only UPON APPROVAL with an additional pet deposit. -NO smoking inside the suite, however, there are designated smoking areas outside. -MORE THAN 1 SUITE AVAILABLE and all FULLY FURNISHED!
