Great Place to Live!
September 9, 2015The San Carlos is an adorable 1920's style building in a really safe, quiet area that's still very accessible to downtown and NW 23rd. Jason, the building manager, is friendly and prompt in dealing with concerns. They go above and beyond to make sure the building is in good shape and residents are happy. The walls are also reasonable thick, so not too much sound from neighbors. Special features include wood floors, a nice flat rate for water/sewer, a bike lockup room, and a pretty courtyard that ...makes it feel like I live in a forest. 2 thumbs up, no complaints.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 4, 2015The San Carlos is an amazing apartment building in Portland's Goose Hollow neighborhood. It's just a block away from NW 23rd and Washington Park!
