worst place to live.
February 1, 2022It is the worst place that you can ever live at, the apartments are old, water barley comes out from the shower. I had a leak in my closet that left the carpet of my only bedroom soaking wet for 3 weeks, and maintenance never showed up even after trying to reach to them every single week. They are quick to charge you money but they never do their part to help you when you need help. It is full of robbers and you barley feel comfortable. WORST PLACE EVER.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t Do It!
October 14, 2020First of all, you can’t even hang pictures on the wall because the wall is made out of brick! The nails just ends up bending when trying to hang something up. It’s a pain! The paint on the counter tops chip and it’s very blotchy, all in all just very poor work. Upon moving in, my husband and I noticed that there was white paint on the bedroom floor and the floors were still soaking wet from them cleaning them so we couldn’t even walk on the floor without getting our socks soaking wet. The front ...office people are never there so good luck with trying to contact them. Like the other reviews say, the apartments are not what they seem. DO NOT RENT HERE
March 23, 2020When they show you around, everything seems nice and clean. But they only show you the side where the office is, which they keep clean and it seems like a very quiet place to live. The demo apartment is nothing compared to what you get! They tell you the appliances are gonna be stainless steel, plank flooring in kitchen and sink area, the countertops look amazing and what you get is NOTHING like that. When I Moved, they told me it was ready and it wasn’t. The appliances were white, there was old, ...stained vinyl flooring. The countertops had like their 30th layer of paint. The doors of the the cabinets don’t shut all the way, the tub broke a few days later, I gave them a list of things that needed to be repaired and they haven’t until now. On the other side (where there’s no administration office) it’s dirty, loud (people yelling and fighting)and there’s people smoking weed very often.
