paying over priced your home it not worth it. When I call to gain information they provide it with different information and I was unhappy I really thought this place would not be good for me just because the wrong information.

If I could include photos, I would. Submitted maintenance requests on November 4th for main bedroom door fallen off AGAIN. It has been "worked on" several times and all they do is just add more and more nails, now the door has completely fallen off. I have a preteen in the house and I have no privacy in my own room, not even while I'm trying to change. The tiles in the shower have fallen off and left me staring at a gaping hole, and yes bugs do come out of it. I was bathing my toddler last time ...
and more tiles started coming off when the water hit them and almost landed on her foot. The water fluctuates from scalding hot to freezing cold, how am I supposed to bathe my toddler in this? When I told the maintenance guy, he said, "at least you get hot water. My apartment doesn't even get hot water." I couldn't believe it. Parking has always been an issue, imagine getting home trying to manage groceries and a carseat while having to park 2 buildings away or down the hill. The apartment itself is decent.

Its located in a great place. Very close to the outlet malls the cinema and great places to eat and 15mins away from Fort Bliss depending on traffic. But everything in the apartment is very out dated. when i first moved in my shower head was falling completely off. I've had multiple issues with my dishwasher and shower and my A/C. At least you can put in request online through their website but even that takes time to get fixed. Also none of the washers or dryers ever work they don't even bother ...
putting an "Out Of Service" sign so you end up losing your money on something that doesn't work. The employees are very friendly but the Complex needs more care.

Dirty pools and parking lots and court yards. Weekends and holidays bring vandalisim and parking lot disasters. Out dated utilities are not replaced. The electric is a disaster waiting to happen. There is a constant revolving door of employees setting new policies and rules of engagement office hours etc. If they could hire a good team this place would be fixed up. The quality of your apartment will be substandard 70s issue. Do not let the "model" fool you. For military members.. The only ...
good thing was the online service request. It has been down for 2.5 months.. if you must live here pack a plunger.. Grounder and lots of duct tape. Maybe a few bungie cords.

The san mateo apartments on el paso tx are outstanding, great place to live, but like every apartment there are a few cons to it. So far the year I have lived in the apartments, their has been a couple of leaks here and their. Customer service is excellent with on time maintenance. Parking space is also a factor here, sometimes parking next building away.over all although for the cons it is a great place to live in.
