There isn’t 2 assigned parkings. It’s everyone for themselves. Maintenance won’t enter to fix anything even if you give them permission so your problem just keeps going. Cross your fingers that you get quiet neighbors because if you don’t expect to hear EVERYTHING. They don’t turn on the heater until AFTER a snow storm and the only air that blows into your apartment during the summer is hot so you need to but a window unit. Save your money and find somewhere else.
